A: We have no MOQ requirements. For small batch sourcing, we will ship from local warehouse.
Q2、What is your lead time?
A: If the local warehouse has stock, the delivery time is 5 working days. If it needs to be made to order, the products will be shipped in 20 working days.
Q3、Can you make OEM or ODM products? Can you help us with packaging design?
A: Yes, we can make OEM and ODM products. We have a graphic design team that can help our clients with packaging design or photography design.
Q4、How about the warranty?
A: Our company is responsible for one year for the supplied products.
Q5、Can I have a sample for free?
A: We can provide samples, but need to charge sample fee. After the order is confirmed, we will deduct the sample fee.
Q6、How to pay?
A: The payment method is 30% of the total fee in advance, and the remaining 70% is paid before shipment. Other payment methods are also acceptable.
